Otters in Snow, a booklet of 20 stamps featuring four scenes of the alert and playful North American river otter reveling in a winter landscape.
The original illustrations were rendered in pen and ink, with watercolor in shades of brown for the otters, using black for facial features and crosshatching. The wintry background is white, with blue water, light blue and violet shadows, and black crosshatching.
Derry Noyes designed the stamps with artwork from illustrator John Burgoyne.

This product is as advertised. It was at a discounted price but even at the normal price, the stamps never go out of style.
I got a different picture of American flags on the stamps I received however I still like them! In my honest opinion, I think it should cost less or there should be more stamps but nonetheless, with my love for writing cards and letters, they do the job for the envelope. I do recommend these patriotic stamps.
What can you say, they are stamps and the post office has no problems with them.
